Team/division description

As a member of the Talent Management team, you’ll play an important role in the further growth of Toyota Motor Europe and unleashing people’s and the organization’s potential.

The Talent Management team leads the employee life cycle strategy and overall framework, HR policy design and governance and acts as a central leader of cross company HR initiatives. You will report into the Senior Manager, Talent Management and will be part of an enthusiastic and driven team.

Your responsibilities

- Administrative support for our Talent Management processes, including:

External coaching - Create new licenses, monitoring status reports, organising kick-off meetings

Leadership Development Program – communication, meeting set up

Promotion Process – communication, consolidating files, meeting organisation

Internal Job Posting: weekly update of material for Intranet home page & digital screens

Assessments – coordination, tracking

360 Process – communication, tracking, setting up questions in GLINT

HR process for Japanese expats – roll out request, send reminders, consolidate data, ...

- Administrative oversight for the Talent Management budget.

- Administrative support with various events, including:

Assist with preparation of the High Potential Forum. This includes meeting invites, communication, room set-up, catering, file preparation, printing,.. .

Support with various Talent Management webinars (sending mass mails, invitations, tracking, sending follow-up mails)

Jouw profiel

Your profile

- You are fluent in English (Toyota Motor Europe’s business language)

- You are graduated of a Bachelor's degree in a related field

- High attention to detail and accuracy with a strong focus on quality of work

- Ability to use initiative and strive for efficient and effective process improvements

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

- If possible, knowledge of Sharepoint, Oracle and Glint systems

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to be flexible and adaptable

  • Contracten voor de outsourcing van diensten opvolgen (betaling, werving, opleiding, ...)
  • Personeel inlichten over sociaal recht en specifieke kenmerken van de organisatie
  • Loongegevens invoeren (premies, uitkeringen, maandelijkse salarissen, inhoudingen, ...)
    Loonstrookjes controleren
  • Behandeling van tuchtmaatregelen en relaties met wettelijke instanties opvolgen (arbeidsinspectie, arbeidsrechtbank, ...)
  • Nieuwe werknemers verwelkomen en hun integratie bevorderen
  • Opleidingsnoden van het personeel verzamelen en samenvatten
  • Documenten voor de opvolging en het beheer van het personeel opmaken en actualiseren (sociale overzichtstabellen, salaristabellen, planning van vakanties, ...)
  • Het administratieve personeelsbeheer opvolgen: Interne verschuivingen, overplaatsing
  • De activiteiten van een team coördineren
  • Het administratieve personeelsbeheer opvolgen: Werving (cv's sorteren, antwoorden op kandidaturen, ...)
  • Het administratieve personeelsbeheer opvolgen: Opleiding (deelnemers oproepen, zalen reserveren, ...)
  • De sociale verkiezingen organiseren
  • Het administratieve personeelsbeheer opvolgen: Pensioen en groepsverzekering
  • Individuele dossiers van werknemers opvolgen en updaten
    De wettelijke aangifte indienen
